Product Lifetime Warranty

Our lifetime warranty program protects you against any manufacturing defects on our products. Any product sold by Highcarat Diamonds can be sent back to us in the event that a defect is found. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll repair the item at no cost to you. If Highcarat Diamonds determines that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost, including the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you. It is up to the sole discretion of Highcarat Diamonds to determine if a defect is due to a manufacturing fault. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when sending products to us for inspection. This Warranty is non-transferable and shall be void if the ownership of the property (purchaser) changes to a different person or party. 

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  •  Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
  •  Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
  •  The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.


 

Warranty claim process

To request service under our Lifetime Warranty, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at contact@highcaratdiamonds.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Step 2: Approval & Shipment
If your claim is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. The customer is responsible for securely shipping the item to us for inspection. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted and we are not responsible for that product.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Once received, the item will undergo a quality inspection by our experts. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at no cost. If the issue is due to normal wear or external damage, we will inform you of the repair cost before proceeding.

Inspection Timeline:
Quality inspection and evaluation are typically completed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
