RETURN POLICY

At Highcarat Diamonds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
✅ Return Eligibility:
· Listed Catalog ready to ship jewelry Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:
· You are not satisfied with the product.
· The product has a manufacturing defect or issue.
· Before initiating a return, you must contact us at contact@highcaratdiamonds.com to discuss the reason. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
· Orders placed during promotional events or special offers (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Additional Discounts, etc.)
· Custom, personalized, and when made-to-order as per your selected design products ( Non-Ready / Made-to-Order jewelry Pieces )
· Items that are not part of our listed or regular catalog
· Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
(Note: We may offer repair or exchange services after this period, but they are chargeable. Please contact us in advance to arrange it.)
Customer-initiated returns → customer pays
Manufacturing defect → we will product repair free of cost
· Items shipped directly to our registered address without prior approval.
As per our company policy, any return sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted or processed Highcarat Diamonds is not responsible for any item returned without approval. Always contact our team first before sending any return shipment.
🔍 Return Inspection & Conditions:
Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a strict Quality Check (QC) by our expert team.
If the item shows signs of third-party modification, wear, rough use, or damage, appropriate deductions will be made from the refund amount based on the condition.
We will update you with the QC results and inform you of any applicable deductions before proceeding with the refund.
REFUND POLICY

At Highcarat Diamonds, we specialize in lab grown diamond Natural Diamond jewelry, handcrafted with precision and care. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to a clear and fair refund process.
🔹 Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC) to ensure it is in its original, unused condition and meets our return standards.
If the item passes QC, we will process the agreed refund amount.
Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days from our side. Please note, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.
🔹 Important Notes:
Custom Non-Ready / Made-to-Order and personalized orders (including special sizes, engravings, or custom designs) are non-refundable.
Shipping fees, rush order charges, Certified Charges or any additional services amounts are non-refundable unless specifically agreed upon.
If the returned item fails the quality check (due to wear, damage, or alterations), it will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled only before the item has been shipped or moved into production.
● Ready-to-ship items:
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you order cancel in 24 hours, the transaction charge will be deducted 11%.
● Custom / Made-to-Order jewelry:
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as these pieces are crafted specifically based on your selected design, size, and specifications.
