Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, and more.

2. Shipping Charges

  •  Rate Shipping Fee: Flat USD $50 international shipping fee (or equivalent in local currency at checkout).
  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Orders above USD $1500 qualify for free shipping.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Delivery time: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Signature required on delivery - upon request only (where available)
  • Fully insured and trackable.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatch within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom/Non Ready /Made-to-Order Items: Dispatch within 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp.

5. Signature Requirement & Insurance

  • In the rare case a package is lost in transit or undelivered, we will investigate the case first from shipper and our side and if needed we will remake the item and reship it to you at no additional cost.
  • Signature is required at delivery - only on request
    (If the carrier fails to collect a signature, please notify us immediately)

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in your country.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes - please provide a full physical address.
  • High-value orders may require additional verification or handling.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist with claim procedures through the courier and insurance coverage OR remake a new same product for you.

9. Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes can only be made before dispatch
  • Once shipped, rerouting is not possible
